The Economics of Reputation and Trust

I am currently working on a monograph on The Economics of Reputation and Trust. I would be very grateful if you would send me references to articles and books that I should be aware of; or if you have any other comments regarding this project. (For example, what is "reputation" and "trust"? What is the "canonical" model of reputation: something closer to the Kreps-Milgrom-Roberts-Wilson model, or something closer to the Klein-Leffler et al model?)

Here is a preliminary draft of the first few chapters. These still require a fair amount of polishing, but should give you an idea of what I am working on. The first few chapters include stripped-down versions of the basic frameworks. The idea is to set forth the main ideas in a simplified way. In these chapters I make very little or no reference to the original contributions. In the following chapters (yet to be written), I plan to discuss in greater detail the various applications of the concepts of reputation and trust, as well as the various papers that contributed to the analysis.
